a. Digital Products and Online Courses:

  • Refund Eligibility: If you are not satisfied with an online course or digital product you purchased, you may be eligible for a refund if you request it within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will only be considered if you have not completed more than 20% of the course or accessed significant portions of the digital product.

b. Coaching Sessions and Packages:

  • Refund Eligibility: For individual coaching sessions or packages, refunds are available if requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. For packages, a pro-rated refund will be provided based on the sessions that have not been used, provided the request is made within 30 days of purchase.
  • Refund Process: To request a refund for coaching sessions or packages, please contact us at coach@calmmindcoach.com with your purchase details and reason for the refund. We will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 business days.

  • Refund Eligibility: For live workshops and events, refunds are available if requested at least 7 days before the scheduled date. After this period, refunds are not available, but you may transfer your registration to another person by notifying us at coach@calmmindcoach.com at least 48 hours before the event.

  • Cancellation Policy: Subscriptions to ongoing coaching or membership services can be canceled at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, please cancel your subscription at least 3 days before the renewal date.
  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds for subscription services are not provided for partial billing periods or after the billing period has started. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of the current billing period.
